ABOUT ANGIE FURRER . . .
I am Angie Furrer and my background features 29 years of successful, proven skills as a chiropractic consultant. I have been responsible for building mega-clinics in the Dallas, Denver, Kansas City and in northern Wisconsin. My entrepreneurial ability and leadership skills have helped over 300 chiropractors build new or grow their existing practices. I have been the single consultant in over a dozen multi-discipline practices, have created business plans for hundreds of new doctors and built 2 well-known clinic chains.
I have hired and trained associates, placed chiropractors in office share situations in several states, hired and trained hundreds of chiropractic assistants and have an “open door” policy for questions with every single chiropractor and chiropractic assistant in clinics that have chosen me as the consultant. I have been proud to be the director and administrator of several multi-clinic mutual advertising chiropractic groups. I am a speaker, trainer, mentor, life coach, marketing expert, auto and personal injury specialist and author.
From the beginning, I have conceived, planned, developed and managed my consulting company. The organization’s primary emphasis is to provide world class consulting services to the chiropractic profession. In addition, I have provided consultative advice on business marketing strategy, target market planning, marketing ideas and referral assistance to medical and emergency room facilities.
I have also been employed by law firms for 10 years as a physician liaison, referral manager, marketing director and case manager. I have been pleased to help the chiropractic profession learn about how to best incorporate and process auto accident and personal injury cases in their practices. I have given dozens of seminars to hundreds of chiropractors and medical doctors on how to combat anti-chiropractic computer software programs used by auto insurance companies. These seminars have helped the chiropractors and medical doctors learn how to properly evaluate, diagnose, treat, create and maintain excellent notes, medical records and reports on auto accident and personal injury patients.
I started in the chiropractic profession at age 15 as a chiropractic assistant after being involved in an auto accident and getting my first course of chiropractic therapy. I have worked at a major auto insurance company to find out the “ins and outs” of how insurance companies adjudicate chiropractic claims. I have worked for a large medical malpractice law firm to find out how doctors get sued and how to prevent it from happening to my clients. I believe in the profession wholeheartedly and have dedicated my life to perpetuating chiropractic the best way possible. Indeed, chiropractic has come a long way!
